Chalet CERF D'OR is a beautiful top of the range chalet located at the foot of the slopes of the 3 Valleys, in the picturesque village of Saint Martin de Belleville. Everything has been designed to ensure an unforgettable experience for family and friends (outdoor spa, large terrace with panoramic views, a fire place to gather around).
With a 200m² surface area over 3 floors with a lift, this chalet is fit for accommodating up to 14 people: 6 en suite bedrooms, and 1 independent but connected studio.
Ground floor:
Lovely spacious 50m² bright living room.
Cosy lounge with fire place opening on a West-exposed terrace with stunning view on the mountains from the outdoor jacuzzi. TV with French channels only.
Open plan kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine cellar, kettle, toaster and coffeemaker.
Independent toilets.
Lower floor:
"Biolley" en-suite bedroom: 1 queen size bed, bathroom with shower and toilets.
"Faon" en-suite bedroom: 1 queen size bed, bathroom with shower and toilets.
"Cochet" en-suite bedroom: 2 single twin beds, bathroom with shower and toilets.
"Grand Lac" en-suite bedroom: 1 queen size bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilets.
Laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
Lowest floor:
"Pramint" and "Granges" en-suite bedrooms: with each 2 single twin beds, bathroom with shower and toilets.
Compact studio: 1 convertible sofa-bed for 2, kitchenette, shower and toilets.
Ski-room: equipped with boots dryer and glove dryer, with direct access to the slope.
Included services: Concierge service at the reception

In winter: Beds made up, towels, bathmats and tea towels provided.

The lovely hamlet of Caseblanche with its high-end chalets (sleeping 6 to 16) and its stunning views is 50m from the gondola, and right next the run coming down from the 3 Valleys. On spot you will find a ski rental, a lovely bistro-restaurant, a small grocery.
