Is it possible to get the keys before 5 pm ?

In view of the Covid19 pandemic and in order to limit the flux of people
in our agencies you will be contacted by us if your rental is ready earlier.
Failing that, we thank you for NOT showing up before.

What if i am late and will be arriving after 7 o'clock ?
Important : please do call us in advance to inform us of your late arrival. We will find a solution to let you have the keys of your apartment.
But we don't be able to hand you out the bed linen until the next day. 

Are all bookings necessarily from Saturday to Saturday ?
We are very strict during the French school holidays (February to mid-March). During the other periods, if you wish to arrive on another day or stay less than a week, call us. These more personalized bookings, however, cannot be fixed more than 2 weeks before your arrival.

Can i bring my pet ?
Pets are not happy in snowy surroundings. However, we have got some apartments whose owners accept pets. We will charge an extra 25€ per week for them.
