Your arrival on Saturday
WHEN to collect the keys :
On Saturday between 5 and 7.
We are closed on Sunday.
If you arrive earlier than 5 p.m.
Keys are not available yet. Nevertheless you can come and see us. We will be pleased to answer all your queries and we can also finish with all paperwork.
If you arrive later than 7.30 p.m. our office is closed
Please contact us before 6.30 p.m. to inform about your late arrival : 00 33 479 00 61 13.
We shall leave your keys at the information desk « Point I », a chalet at the entrance of the resort. They are open Saturdays from 7 p.m. till late (00 33 479 00 69 04).
WHERE to collect keys :
Our office is in les Bruyères area, les Menuires. Your residence can be farther away than les Bruyères, please have a look at here attached map of the resort.
Our office QUARTIER DES BRUYERES is at the departure of slopes (next door to restaurant le Refuge, Carlines I block).
Important : You cannot park in front of the Agency. It is more advisable to park in front of your residence first and to come to the Agency walking.
